WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

or downloading and installing Loco4chat
application, we collect the following
information: the full Uniform Resource Locator
("URL") of the Web page from which you came to
www.Loco4chat.com; your Internet Protocol ("IP")
Address, which may include a domain name; the
date and time for each page you view; the name
of and information about any advertisement that
brought you to the Loco4chat Web Site; Computer
and connection information such as browser type
and version, operating system, and platform. If
you download and install the Loco4chat software
(the "Software"), we collect any information
voluntarily provided by you during the
application installation and registration
process to premium services, which can include
demographic information such as gender, age,
occupation, zip code and country. We also
collect the name of and information about any
advertisement that brought you to the Loco4chat
Web Site or application download. The
non-personally identifiable demographic
information is correlated to Web usage
information collected during use of the Service,
but we do not attempt to determine your identity
by analyzing this information. When you download
the Software, and at times during your use of
the Service, we transmit Loco4chat cookies to
the hard drive of your computer.
When you use the Loco4chat application a unique ID is generated and
logged with the date and time information. We
also collect and store the following Loco4chat
usage statistics: what application buttons you
click on; what links within the application you
click on; the amount of time you have used the
Software during each session; what additional
content and skins you have downloaded or
purchased during any given session.
When using the application and website, other
information collected includes your selection
and third party content purchases, your
Loco4chat unique ID, IP address and the specific
type of any sound file or image file (including
those known as a "icons"), and related images
and content including any updates thereof and
changes thereto, and other images and sound
files (all of the foregoing shall hereinafter be
referred to as "Images and Content"), whether
any of the foregoing are used in an application.
When Images and Content are presented or
selected, the applicable information (in the
form of image and sound file) is downloaded onto
your hard drive.
Personally Identifiable Information
Except as described below, in general, we do not
gather from you without your specific permission
any personally identifiable information when you
visit this Loco4chat Web Site and download or
use the Software. In any event, we will not
knowingly collect any personal information from
children 13 years old and under.
We ask you to provide personally identifiable
information in specific events, in which it is
essential in order to provide you with one of
the following service: you may request to
purchase content through our third party content
provider. In that case the following information
is required: your phone number, carrier name,
country, and mobile phone model. That
information might be logged by our third party

Loco4chat analyzes its logs of application and website usage and stored
such information, collected from users to
determine Web and application usage of users in
the aggregate and to build anonymous web usage

Usage information separately from users'

information, Loco4chat cannot correlate or link
a user's usage path/Search Term information and
such personally identifiable information to each

If you want to remove the Loco4chat Software from your computer, you may
use the windows control panel applet Add/Remove
and select Loco4chat from the list of
application and follow the un-installation
wizard.

This site and Software have security measures in
place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration
of the information under our control. A limited
number of senior employees have a
password-protected access to the database that
contains personal information. Such employees
are instructed and trained to maintain the
database while keeping the privacy of the users.
